My name's Manda. I started this blog awhile ago but I didn't get serious until recently. I believe I have broken my plateau but it could change if I fall behind on my dieting. I don't have a diagnosed eating disorder nor do I condone/promote them..anyone who does so is ridiculous. I'm here to answer any of your questions and I'll gladly take any advice you may have for me! Height: 5’6” ONLY 6 POUNDS GUYS BUT LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE? Don’t you dare base everything on the scale, there is so much more than the scale. My advice for anyone, is to not think of it as a diet, think of it long term, so who cares if your only loosing a pound a week, in one year, that’s gonna be a shitload of pounds! Try and excercise as much as you can guys, and EAT CLEAN! Don’t think, I’ll start tomorrow. START TODAY. And for all you people in school, or work where you feel so busy, I understand. Right now school’s super stressful, but I still put in the effort to keep up with a healthy lifestyle. I excercise at least three times a week (for the first three months it was 5+) and I make sure to pack my lunch everyday with a bunch of goodies, like fruits, nuts, whole grain items, CLEAN FOOD basically! good luck to all of you and feel free to come talk to me whenever!
