This weeks update

I have been working out A LOT, and really eating super healthy! I am really pretty proud of myself, minus the fact that I had some cake the other day :( but I’m trying not to beat myself up about it. Weigh in either tomorrow or Friday morning, I haven’t decided. I’m aiming for 160.

Yes, this is hard. Weight loss is hard. Being healthy is hard. Being skinny is hard. But in the end? It is SO worth it. Confidence will be yours, and no one will be able to take it from you or deprive you of it. So if you’re thinking of giving up? Think of these:
